Custom Millwork for St. Louis and Metro East Projects

When standard door sizes or trim options don't fit, Liese Lumber's team produces custom interior finish pieces and matches historic profiles for restoration. Send a quote request or call either yard to talk through your project.

What to bring for a millwork quote.

The closer your reference is to the original, the closer the match. The quote form asks for the same details.

Request a millwork quote
  1. A short piece of the original, cut cleanly so the profile shows on the end, if you have one.
  2. Clear photos of the profile end next to a tape measure, plus the width and thickness.
  3. A drawing or plans for new pieces such as a mantel.
  4. How much you need: linear feet of trim, or the number of pieces.
  5. The species, if you know it, and whether the piece will be painted or stained.
  6. Where the project is(city or ZIP) and when you need it.

From your first message to a quote.

  1. Send what you have

Use the quote form, or call the line for your side of the river. A sample, photos, a drawing or dimensions all help.

  2. We review it with you

We'll ask about anything we need to know, such as species, size and finish.

  3. You get a quote

For your specific pieces. Pickup or delivery is arranged with your order.

Custom millwork questions.

Do you make custom millwork, or just sell lumber?

Both. Our team produces custom interior finish pieces such as crown molding, baseboards, fireplace mantels and window casings. We also stock specialty lumber and timbers for customers who'd rather do the work themselves.

Can you match trim from an older house?

Historic matching is part of our millwork work. Bring a short piece of the original, or send clear photos of the profile with its width and thickness, and we'll talk through what's possible.

What should I bring for a quote?

A sample, photos, a drawing or dimensions; how much you need; the species if you know it; and where the project is. See what to bring.

Do you work with St. Louis customers?

Yes. Our yards are in Belleville, Illinois, and we work with customers across the Metro East and St. Louis. Call our St. Louis Metro Area line at (314) 421-3652 or our Metro East line at (618) 234-0105.

Talk to the yard.

Call either line during business hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. For custom pieces, the millwork quote form asks for everything we need.
